  • Calendar Information: When you explicitly enable the calendar integration feature, we access your Google Calendar data to check availability and manage appointments
  • Payment Information: If applicable, billing information required to process payments for our services

We do not automatically collect usage data, tracking information, or use cookies for tracking purposes.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information solely for the following specific purposes:

  • Setting up and managing your Forward account
  • Providing AI call forwarding and missed call handling services
  • Processing calendar availability when calendar integration is enabled
  • Facilitating communication between you and your callers
  • Processing payments and maintaining your subscription
  • Communicating essential service updates

With respect to Google user data obtained through Google Calendar APIs:

  • We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties except for the following limited purposes:

Forward is committed to transparency regarding how we use your data:

  • Google User Data: We do not retain Google user data obtained through Workspace APIs for the purpose of developing, improving, or training our generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Service Improvements: We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our Services, but this never includes personally identifiable information or Google user data.
  • Specific Consent: If we ever change this policy, we will obtain your explicit consent before using any of your data for AI/ML model development purposes.

8. CALENDAR INTEGRATION

When you enable Google Calendar integration through our Services:

  • We access your calendar information solely to check availability and manage appointments
  • Calendar integration can be disabled at any time through the application settings
  • Disabling integration will immediately stop all calendar-related data processing

Our Services include AI voice processing technology:

  • Voice processing is used solely to provide the Services you request
